The company was founded in 1954 when the family matriarch, Marian Puleo, purchased an artificial Christmas tree for her home. She loved it and envisioned ways to improve the tree by handcrafting it with lifelike details. She wanted to create the most beautiful Christmas tree imaginable, to bring to life the magic of Christmas. She pictured family and friends gathered around the Christmas tree, celebrating the season and creating warm family traditions to be passed down through the generations.
