Our Policy on Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for products within 30 days of receiving your order or by December 25th, whichever date is earlier.
To begin a return or exchange, please send an email request to info@puleointl.com.
We offer prepaid return shipping labels for all purchases made within the contiguous United States (please refer to the table below for the associated fees). Once the returned item is received, your refund will be processed, minus any applicable return shipping label fees. These fees are automatically waived if the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
