Flocked Royal Majestic Douglas Fir

My husband and I both agree, this is the prettiest artificial tree we've ever seen. We put the tree up yesterday, and it went up easily. I'm still working on fluffing out the branches, so we haven't decorated it yet, but honestly, it looks beautiful even without ornaments.
This is the first flocked tree we've owned, and we couldn't be happier with it. It looks just like a real tree after a snowfall. With the lights on, the tree just glows. The look is graceful and dignified, and we love it. The pre-installed lights are just enough, any more would detract from, rather than enhance the tree.
The natural appearance of the tree will go beautifully with woodland themed ornaments. We live in the country with a lot of wildlife on the property. They've become our outdoor pets, and this is our way of including them at Christmas. I'm very happy with this tree. I'll be recommending Puleo International to anyone looking to purchase an artificial tree.

If it wasn't for ALL the lights working, I would have rated this tree even less. As for the return policy you claim is "highly professional ", I have yet to speak to anyone nor get an adequate response in an email explaining return process.
